How do I register for My Investment?

Please note
You must have an existing account with Aviva Investors to register for an online account. This service is not available to overseas clients.

Internet Explorer is not supported by My Investment.  Supported browsers include the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge.

To register you will need to complete the following steps:

  • Accept the Terms and Conditions
    Please read the Terms and Conditions then select the tick box at the bottom to confirm you have read and agree. Unless you accept the Terms and Conditions you will not be able to register or sign in
    Select ‘Next'.
  • Enter your personal details.

    These will be used to match to your existing account

    • First Name
    • Surname
    • Date of Birth
    • Post code
    • Account number

If you do not have your account number to hand, please refer to 'Where can I find my Account number?'
Select ‘Next’.

  • Enter your email address

This will be your username and used to send you communications & notifications

Select the 'Send Code' button. - This will send an activation code to your email address which is valid for 1 hour.

Enter the code in the ‘Access Code’ field.

Select ‘Next’.

  • Enter three secret questions and answers only you will know
     One of these will be required as an additional security feature for example if you wish to change your password.
  • Choose Password

Your password must meet the following criteria:

  • Be at least 8 characters long
  • Contain at least 1 upper case letter
  • Contain at least 1 number
  • Contain at least 1 special character

Enter your new password in the ‘Password’ field

Re-enter your new password in the ‘Confirm new password’ field.

Select ‘Complete Registration’.

  • Sign in
     Once registered, you'll be able to sign in straight away with your username and chosen password
